At Elmington we believe in investing in the future of the communities in which we operate, beyond just the buildings we develop, build, and manage. Elmington supports a variety of schools and non-profit organizations that are making a positive impact on the neighborhoods we serve.
Uprise
UpRise provides free career and professional training to low-income Nashvillians. Their trainings offer essential professional skills and resources to help their leaders land better paying positions in as few as 10 weeks. Their work provides their leaders with more than a career, but also a supportive community. Elmington is proud to be an employer partner of UpRise Nashville.
Salama
Through a joint venture partnership with Salama, we built a 10,000 sq ft office and program space. Salama is a faith-based, youth development organization committed to improving each child’s life trajectory through academic enrichment, performing arts, and character development.

Elmington Elevates, a registered 501c3, provides school supplies, canned food, toys, and free afterschool care to children in the Nashville community. Elevates works closely with Elmington’s employees, residents, and clients.
Our teams and communities are filled with service-driven, philanthropic, and caring people. Elevates provides another avenue for our employees to give back to the Nashville community.
