Cary is Elmington’s Chief Executive Officer. As a founding member, he oversees Elmington’s corporate operations and its seven primary business divisions: Property Management, Affordable Housing Development, Commercial Property Investment & Management, Construction, Single-Family Build-to-Rent platform, Senior Living and our nonprofit, Elevates. Cary focuses on developing and managing Elmington’s operational and financial goals and strategic growth plans. Cary is also involved with investment and financing activities, focusing on identification of assets for acquisition, new business development, and corporate relations with financial partners. Prior to Elmington, Cary served as Vice President in Regions Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where he financed in excess of $500 million of commercial real estate transactions through debt and equity executions. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

Nini White
As Chief Operating Officer for Elmington Capital, Nini provides information and guidance to the Elmington Capital leadership team. She manages key financial data, support, and reporting to assist in strategic decision making. Her responsibilities include the oversight of financial reporting, on-going cash reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls. She also oversees commercial maintenance operations, assists in the coordination of outside professional services and maintains ongoing business partnerships with third-party vendors.

Ben Brewer
As a founding member and President, Ben is responsible for the overall growth objectives and development strategies of Elmington and its family of companies. He is involved in the growth of the existing business and the expansion of Elmington into new opportunities. Through this role, he has been an integral part in developing the over $600 million investment portfolio and helping grow Elmington Property Management into an organization managing over 30,000 units in 12 states with over 800 employees. Additionally, Ben focuses on investor relationships where he has successfully raised over $150 million in high net worth equity over the past several years. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Hunter Nelson
Hunter provides leadership on Elmington’s affordable housing portfolio. With an expertise in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development, Hunter oversees Elmington’s 4% bond financed and 9% competitive tax credit development portfolio. He is responsible for the affordable housing strategic direction and day-to-day operations, including: sourcing new construction and rehabilitation deals, project management, financial analysis, government relations, syndication, and due diligence activities. As a principal of the firm, he participates in determining overall corporate growth objectives. Hunter graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

Ryan Seibels
Ryan leads Elmington’s conventional acquisitions through a focus on analysis and identification of attractive new assets. He oversees asset management in the commercial portfolio, which includes: marketing and leasing oversight, investor relations, financing opportunities, and disposition analysis. Previously, Ryan served as Vice President at FifthThird Bank and with a private equity real estate investment firm, Harbert, providing a unique perspective of being involved on both the debt and equity side of the real estate transaction. Ryan received his Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Kerri Davis
Kerri Davis is the Founder & CEO of Fortress, a revolutionary software company shaping the future of property management. In her prior role as President of Elmington’s property management division, she was dissatisfied with the current PropTech offerings in the market and set out to build a better platform for all users. Today, the company has Walker & Dunlop as an investor and 50,000+ units on the platform. Fortress started as an internal tool and is now actively onboarding clients across the country. Kerri earned an accounting degree from the University of Central Arkansas and received her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University. After graduating, Kerri worked in Baghdad as a business manager for a Department of State contractor and in accounting before joining Elmington Property Management, where she ultimately became a partner and owner, roles she still holds today. Kerri and her husband live in Nashville with their two boys.

Cochrane Jamison
Cochrane is responsible for overseeing Elmington’s development activities. His primary responsibilities include managing teams of architects, engineers and contractors as they design, develop, construct and/or redevelop Elmington’s multifamily and commercial property portfolio. Prior to his role at Elmington, Cochrane served as Project Manager for Brasfield & Gorrie in their Nashville Office.

DeAnna, the President of Elmington Property Management, brings a 25-year career and an innovative, results-driven approach to real estate leadership. A Texas native and Texas Tech alumna based in Nashville, she is a devoted University of Texas Longhorns fan. DeAnna, recognized for leading portfolios exceeding $3 billion, excels in new business development and building trusting client relationships. Her transformative leadership highlights a commitment to revenue growth and enhanced customer experiences. Notably, she implemented a customer-centric sales model, centralized sales organization, and Sales Excellence BI dashboard. DeAnna’s goal at Elmington is clear—improving multifamily real estate efficiency while championing equity and value for employees and clients. With a unique blend of expertise, she is set to lead Elmington into a new era of prosperity and innovation.

Michael Lamping
Michael is the Head of Elmington Residential. Elmington Residential is a full-service development and construction initiative focused on delivering a high-quality portfolio of ground-up single-family developments. Previously, Michael was with Lennar Multifamily Communities where he was a part of the investment team. Prior to Lennar, Michael was with HavenBrook Homes, an institutional single-family rental platform. Michael was directly responsible for the underwriting and acquisition of over 1,000 single-family homes with a total investment in excess of $120 million across multiple markets. Michael is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in finance.

Stephanie Lehman
Stephanie oversees Multifamily, Affordable, and Single Family for Elmington. In this role, she manages the operations of Elmington’s 25 active assets and assists with the design development of new assets. Prior to joining Elmington, Stephanie was an Asset Manager at Covenant Capital Group in Nashville, Tennessee, for 9 years. There she handled a large portfolio of multifamily assets with an investment value exceeding $240 million and specialized in value-add renovations and design and operations. She also assisted with asset acquisitions and sales.

Devin is Chief Financial Officer for Elmington Construction. As a part of the executive leadership team, Devin provides strategic insight into the business and is responsible for oversight over all financial reporting and planning. Prior to his role at Elmington, Devin served as the EVP CFO for Shimmick Construction in Denver, CO.

As Senior Vice President of Operations for Elmington Property Management, Kevin oversees and provides leadership to our Accounting department. Prior to joining Elmington, Mark was an Investment Professional within The Carlyle Group’s U.S. Real Estate team based in Washington, DC. Matthew Riddle
As Executive Vice President of Operations for Elmington Affordable and Commercial, Matthew oversees all accounting activities for those divisions. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.

Anders Folger
As Controller for Elmington Construction, Anders oversees all accounting and corporate support activities. Anders is responsible for month- and year-end close procedures, budget forecasting and managing cash flows. His primary focus is on providing reliable estimates and accurate financials. His attention to strong internal controls, timely financial reporting, and reliable forecasting are critical components for the success and ongoing growth of the firm.

Jessica Smith
As Controller for Elmington Affordable, Jessica oversees all accounting and corporate support activities for all affordable housing projects. Jessica is responsible for financial reporting, month and year-end close procedures, budget forecasting and managing cash flows. Before joining Elmington, she spent one year as VP-Fund Manager at RBC Capital Markets, managing a portfolio of 20+ affordable housing funds. Prior to that she spent 8 years in public accounting at Tidwell Group, primarily focused on cost certifications and development reporting, as a Senior Manager. She graduated in 2015 with a Master’s in Accounting from University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a licensed CPA in the state of Alabama.

Erin Perry
Erin Perry joined Elmington in 2023 and leads our support services team including HR, Employee Experience, Creative / Marketing, IT, and Facilities Teams as the Vice President of Support Services.
Erin has previously held leadership roles in communications / marketing, non-profit organizations, healthcare, education, professional development / coaching and e-commerce industries. Most recently prior to joining Elmington, she served as the Chief Experience Officer for Full Focus, a leadership development company, focused on personal productivity, learning and development, and scaling organizations. She has a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, specializing in organizational behavior and change management. In her free time, Erin cherishes time with her incredible husband and two children, loves music, art, and all things Disney.

Josh Wimberley
As Vice President of Construction, Josh is responsible for overseeing the construction team for Elmington’s multifamily communities. His primary responsibilities include oversight of budgets, scheduling and quality control for our multifamily construction projects . He works in conjunction with the development and asset management teams to ensure all projects are delivered on budget and meet Elmington’s expectations. Prior to his role at Elmington, Josh has served as a Healthcare Project Manager for Brasfield & Gorrie and Director of Property Services for the Kingston Group. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.

Eric Werner
As part of a growing construction team, Eric’s focus is on fostering new jobs through the development, planning, design, and pricing phases of Elmington Construction’s communities. He joined the team in 2019, and has been working in the construction industry for over ten years with experience in multi-family, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Pre-construction efforts include building relationships with design partners and subcontractors to position Elmington Construction to be able to build efficiently and effectively.

Laura Verner
As Vice President of Development Services, Laura is responsible for managing Elmington Affordable’s construction projects from start to finish. She is an efficient liaison between all parties during the construction process, from development forward. Paying close attention to detail, Laura is effective at finding the best methods to complete successful construction projects. Her top priority is managing an on schedule, on budget, owner satisfied project. Laura is a magna cum laude graduate of Auburn University College of Engineering. Prior to joining Elmington, Laura worked for Turner Construction in Nashville, TN and New York, NY as a Project Manager and Estimator. Her project experience ranges from tenant fit outs, hospitals, schools, and skyscrapers ranging from $100 thousand to $500 million.

Joe Horowitz
Joe is responsible for the acquisition and development of affordable multifamily properties, including market evaluation, underwriting, financing, and due diligence. Prior to joining Elmington, Joseph was a Director at Citi Community Capital where he oversaw the underwriting and credit approval for more than $3 billion of financing for multifamily projects, mixed-use developments, and other community development projects located throughout the United States. Sources included 4% & 9% LIHTCs, NMTCs, tax exempt bonds, and other mission-focused funding programs available through the federal government and local municipalities.

Matthew Escobar, a dedicated Vice President of Lease Up at Elmington Affordable with 12 years of experience, oversees operations in Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia. His leadership raises performance standards, making him invaluable at Elmington.

As a member of Elmington Commercial, Ned’s responsibilities include underwriting and execution of commercial acquisition, redevelopment, and ground-up development opportunities, and asset management functions such as leasing oversight, cash management, capital expenditure planning, and investor relations. Prior to joining Elmington, Ned directly oversaw acquisition or development of over 800,000 SF of office and retail space with a total project cost in excess of $225M. Haley Haynes
Hayley Haynes, the Vice President of Finance at Fortress Technology Solutions, is a seasoned financial professional with a robust background in overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting. With a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking, she manages a spectrum of responsibilities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, billing oversight, and critical financial data analysis to support decision-making processes. Prior to her tenure at Fortress, Hayley honed her expertise at Ernst & Young in assurance services, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting practices. Steve leads plan development, cost and design for Elmington Residential. Steve’s primary focuses include: vendor relations, construction software management, corporate programs & purchasing. Prior to joining Elmington, Steve was with America’s Home Place and served in several capacities, including Director of Purchasing, for seven years. Prior to 2011, Steve was self-employed at TMG Home Concepts, building houses and light commercial projects in the West Tennessee and North Mississippi areas. Steve is an industry leader in residential construction, with experience across 40 sub-markets.

Catherine Neal
Catherine leads business development efforts for Elmington Property Management with a multi-faceted focus on client relations and asset performance maximization. Since joining the Elmington team in 2016, Catherine has held positions both on-site and as Regional Manager, and brings grassroots experience to the table when leading a team analyzing potential new business. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Animal Science, where she served as President of Kappa Delta Sorority and Treasurer of the Pre-Veterinary Medical Society. When Catherine isn’t strategizing Elmington’s new business efforts with our clients, she can be found spending time with her family and 2 dogs in Nashville.

Tina Hamor
Tina has over 30 years of experience in residential management for institutional and private owners with strong leadership and communication skills – specializing in development projects and projects in lease-up. In her previous role, she was responsible for 21 properties consisting of over 5,200 units in 6 states. Her primary responsibilities were financial oversight and operational success for high-rise, mid-rise, and suburban garden style properties in lease-up and undergoing renovations. Tina graduated from the Leadership Lyceum program with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and served on the Board of Directors for three terms.

Rachel Roberts is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Property Management at Elmington, bringing over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to Elmington, Rachel made significant contributions at Brookside and Embrey Development Company, where she oversaw successful lease-ups across Nashville, North Carolina, and Florida. Her extensive market knowledge and leadership have consistently driven excellence in property management. As Regional Vice President for Elmington Property Management, Daniel oversees a 3,000+ unit Nashville portfolio of multi-family lease-up and build-to-rent communities. Starting his career as a leasing consultant while a sophomore in college, Daniel has ground up experience in markets from Knoxville to Tucson, bringing a decade of student housing and multi-family experience to Elmington. Daniel graduated from The University of Tennessee with a degree in political science.

Elisa Merritt
Elisa Merritt brings over 25 years of extensive experience in property management, having developed a deep understanding of HUD, Tax Credit, Conventional, and Rural Development housing programs for both family and elderly residents. She holds certifications as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS). Her career has been distinguished by a successful transition into leadership roles over the past 15 years, during which she has honed her skills in overseeing diverse property portfolios and managing REHAB operational processes. Since joining Elmington in 2020, Elisa has managed 19 properties across Tennessee and Alabama.

Judy Carter
As Regional Vice President of Elmington Property Management, Judy brings over 20 years of property management experience in conventional, tax credit and affordable housing. She joined Elmington in 2016 and has over 15 years in a leadership role managing throughout the North and Southeastern states. Judy and her team support 12 assets that focus on tax credit, senior communities and affordable housing.

Keri Terrell
As Regional Vice President for Elmington Property Management, Keri oversees the Texas Region. She has earned designations as a Housing Credit Compliance Professional (HCCP); Compliance Professional of Occupancy (CPO); Certified Property Manager (CAM); and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), as well as, an Apartment Association of Tarrant County Lyceum Graduate. Keri has served as Committee Co-Chair of Member Services for the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and on the Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. She has also served as a Crime Watch Liaison with the City of Dallas Police Department for North Dallas Communities. Keri brings with her nearly 20 years of property management experience working on conventional and affordable communities ranging from new construction, value add and senior housing.

Jim is a General Superintendent for Elmington Construction. He oversees every phase of Elmington’s current under-construction portfolio from initial planning to completion. Prior to his role at Elmington, Jim moved from California, where he brought over 30 years of Construction Management experience in both Residential and Commercial Projects, ranging from Large Custom Homes, Large Shopping Centers, to Type III Podium Jobs.

Crystal Blaylock
Crystal is responsible for the implementation and growth of our 501c3 program, Elmington Elevates. With the support of volunteers, donors, and corporate partners, Elmington Elevates hosts events throughout the year to collect resources and mentor at-risk youth to break the cycle of poverty. Prior to working at Elmington, Crystal has been part of some of the nation’s largest and most successful non-profit organizations, most recently St. Jude. Crystal brings leadership and passion to her position in Elevates.

Reed Ellis
As Director of Development for Affordable, Reed is responsible for conducting due diligence, underwriting, and financing affordable multifamily properties. Prior to joining Elmington, Reed worked as a Field Engineer in both the energy and environmental sectors along the Gulf Coast. Reed earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Aaron Vargas
Aaron Vargas is a Director of Development focused on the development of multifamily housing using 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits in the state of Florida. Aaron’s responsibilities include sourcing debt, equity and development sites as well as underwriting and due diligence to lead financial closings. Aaron is also focused on cultivating local relationships to leverage public-private partnerships. Prior to Elmington, Aaron worked for both LIHTC and workforce housing developers. Aaron holds a Master’s in Social and Applied Economics from Wright State University in Ohio and a B.A. in Communication from Carson-Newman University in Tennessee.

Anthony Albanese
As a Director of Development, Anthony helps guide the development process for new affordable and workforce multifamily opportunities. His key responsibilities include project due diligence, underwriting, and finance, with a primary focus on the Ohio and North Carolina markets. Before joining Elmington, Anthony served as a Development Officer at The Michaels Organization, where he was responsible for affordable new-construction and acquisition-rehab developments in Colorado and Texas. He holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York.

Benjamin Dachille
Benjamin is focused on the acquisition and development of workforce and LIHTC multifamily opportunities. Ben’s responsibilities include capital sourcing, market evaluation, site selection, underwriting, and due diligence. Prior to joining Elmington, Ben was an Acquisitions Associate with Carter-Haston Real Estate based in Nashville, TN and an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at JPMorgan. Ben received a B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Donnell McGhee
As Director of Development, Donnell focuses on acquiring and developing multifamily housing, including LIHTC, Tax-Exempt Bond, and Workforce Housing, with a current emphasis on Texas’s permanent supportive and mixed-income housing markets. He excels in building Public-Private Partnerships and has overseen the development of 12 projects totaling 1,200 units and over $250 million. Before joining Elmington, Donnell worked with the Vecino Group and Integral Group, managing large-scale community developments and strategic projects. He has developed $204 million in multifamily housing across Texas and the Southeast and holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School

Laura Catherine Wallace
LC is responsible for conducting due diligence, underwriting, and financing affordable multifamily properties using 4% and 9% low income housing tax credits, PILOTs, HOME Funds, project based vouchers, tax-exempt bonds and multiple grant and soft loan programs. As a part of the development team, she serves the vital function of working with our debt and equity providers to ensure smooth development closings, as well as coordinating all aspects of the application and allocation process from the applicable state housing credit agencies. LC also works with various partners as part of Elmington’s developments including local non-profits, housing authorities and municipal departments. Prior to joining Elmington, she was employed in the management training program with an emphasis on Credit Risk Management at Capital One in Washington D.C.

Mitchell Stogner
Mitchell has extensive experience working with real estate investors and developers across the Southeast, specializing in structuring debt for new construction, renovations, acquisitions, and refinances. He focuses on building long-term relationships over single transactions. Before joining Elmington, Mitchell worked in Regions’ Real Estate Capital Markets division, managing DUS, Optigo, and HUD-insured loan programs for multifamily and commercial assets. He also gained experience at Lument Financial Trust, where he sourced financing through various programs, and at Franklin American Mortgage Company, managing investor operations and ensuring compliance with major lending agencies. Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Jay Lynde
Jay leads Elmington Residential’s single-family developments in the Carolinas and Virginia. Jay is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities as well as securing financing and coordinating due diligence, entitlement, and design. Prior to joining Elmington, Jay worked on the Charlotte development team for Aspen Heights Partners, where he managed the entitlement, design, construction, and delivery of multifamily and student housing projects with cumulative development cost exceeding $325 million. Jay holds a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University and an MBA in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Hailey Waldrop
Hailey is responsible for underwriting, financing, performing due diligence and aiding in asset management for Elmington Residential’s single family developments. Prior to joining Elmington, Hailey worked on Nashville’s leading office investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed various aspects of the sales process including the financial analysis of over $2.9B in valuations, the creation of offering materials, and the coordination of due diligence and closing efforts. Hailey graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development.

Walt Baxley
Walt Baxley is currently the Director of Plan Development for Residential. With over thirty years experience in the residential design industry, Walt expertly designs homes which meet the requirements of neighborhoods, as well as appeal to target markets. Additionally, he oversees the production of the construction documents. Randall Huff
As Vice President of Support Services for Elmington Construction, Randall oversees all procurement, buyout, and contracting for the company. His primary responsibilities include shepherding project buyout, negotiating contracts, and oversight of our material tracking process. His primary focus is ensuring that our projects are contracted accurately, efficiently, and in a financially sound manner. Randall joined the team in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in the multi-family, commercial, healthcare, advanced technology, and industrial market sectors.

Olivia Conn
Olivia Conn has been a data analyst for over a decade with experience spanning many different industries. Her passion is helping others by bringing clarity and visibility to data through structured reporting systems and interactive dashboards. She enjoys bringing to life creative visualizations and solutions that drive growth and efficiency. She is a wife and mom of four, and when not at work, she is with her kids. They can usually be found outside at a local park or on a neighborhood scooter ride. She is also a singer songwriter who tries to grab a few minutes as often as possible at the piano.

Brittany Price
Brittany oversees all leasing for Elmington’s commercial portfolio. In addition to Leasing, Brittany also assists with asset management, property management functions, and oversees tenant construction of new and remodeled spaces, and capital improvements for all of the commercial portfolio. Brittany received her real estate license in 2014 and is an active member of NAIOP since 2016. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Kate Gordon
Kate oversees all operational and financial aspects of commercial portfolio consisting of 22 assets, totaling approximately 1.5M square feet in the Greater Nashville Area. She joined Elmington in 2017.
Director of Capital Needs, Property Management
Jared Bell
Jared Bell is the Capital Needs Director at Elmington Property Management. He joined Elmington in June 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role at Enfield Management, where he had been since 2017. Prior to that, Jared spent 21 years in residential construction, focusing on custom-built homes. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing all capital improvements, repairs, and large-scale projects across the entire portfolio.

Kaitlyn Bell
Kaitlyn Bell is a property management professional with 8 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Compliance for Elmington-affiliated properties. Her background includes on-site property roles and experience as a Compliance Monitor for THDA, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both property management and government regulations. Previously, as a Quality Control Specialist at Elmington Property Management, she managed new housing unit acceptances, trained team members, and ensured compliance in resident files. Kaitlyn holds a BS in Cognitive Science from the University of Evansville and is a certified Housing Credit Compliance Professional. She oversees compliance for over 40 affordable properties across 6 states, managing various programs including LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and Bond.

Benjamin Hays is the Director of Marketing at Elmington, where he oversees all owned assets and leads the development of brand, digital, and content strategy across the organization. With over five years of experience in marketing, Benjamin has a strong track record of shaping brand narratives, launching creative campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement. Prior to his current role, he served as Elmington’s Digital Media Manager. Devin Smith is a seasoned IT executive with a proven track record of leading digital transformation and innovation across diverse industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, education, and manufacturing. At Elmington, he aligns technology with business strategy to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Devin's expertise encompasses infrastructure, cloud services (AWS & Azure), application development, cybersecurity, and data analytics, including AI/ML integration. He has led global teams, managed substantial budgets, and overseen complex initiatives such as M&A integrations and enterprise system overhauls. Devin holds certifications in ITIL and Agile practices and is committed to leveraging technology to create scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. Tony Boyles
Tony Boyles brings over 26 years of multifamily industry experience as a Director of Facilities, specializing in Class A new construction and property renovations. Before joining Elmington, he worked as the Regional Maintenance Manager at Brookside and the Regional Maintenance Director at Embrey Partners, overseeing the turnover of nine Class A projects in Middle Tennessee. He has also held roles at Greystar, Tribridge Residential, and the Freeman Webb Company. Tony consistently enhances property values through effective maintenance, increasing resident satisfaction and retention. His hands-on approach and commitment to property care contribute to thriving communities.

Mary Carroll joined Elmington in 2017 and brings with her seven years of human resources experience. With 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, including the last five years dedicated to leading recruitment teams, he brings a dynamic energy and enthusiasm that drive Talent Acquisition Departments to new heights. Jason is the EVP of Acquisitions where he oversees sourcing, fundraising and due diligence efforts for new acquisition opportunities. Prior to Elmington, Jason was a Principal and Portfolio Manager for Argosy Real Estate Partners where he completed over $1.8B in transactions and developed or acquired over 6,000 multifamily and single-family build-for-rent units in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Jason is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the Suburban Development and Redevelopment National Product Council (SDRC). He graduated with his Master’s in Real Estate from Cornell University and Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As Director of Onboarding and Property Support, Kalee drives the development and implementation of streamlined onboarding processes for new hires and properties. She began her career with Elmington in 2021, working onsite before advancing into roles as an Onboarding Specialist and Software Support Specialist, where she built the knowledge and experience that shape her role today. With expertise in software rollouts, system integration, and operational support, Kalee is dedicated to ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success for both teams and clients.
