  • 2018

    * Elmington expands construction projects to Knoxville.

    * Development of 452 Affordable Housing Units begins.

    * Energy Park acquired for $13.1M (Nashville, Tennessee) by Elmington Commercial.

  • 2021

    * Elmington Construction starts its first project in Texas.

    * Completed sale of final multi-family value-add community, Hillside Flats.

    * Richland Creek Development acquired for $17M (Nashville, Tennessee) by Elmington Commercial.
